WEDDING VIDEO PACKAGES
Sunray is one of the finest wedding video producers in the
nation, combining creative video artistry with the best quality video and audio
capturing techniques and equipment available! Our flexible package
configurations allow you to choose
the type of coverage you desire and you DON'T have to pay for what you
DON'T
want.

 | On the wedding day, we arrive 60-90 minutes prior to your
ceremony to set up our equipment and test our microphones. This time does NOT
count toward your allotted hours. |
| Once, your allotted time begins, we'll videotape the ceremony
location and capture pre-ceremony activities as time permits. |
| We'll record your entire ceremony, including the vows,
ring exchange, unity candle lighting, mass, processional, and recessional. |
| We use a minimum of 2 professional, high-resolution, digital
video cameras (for a crisp, clear picture), for the ceremony, to capture
everyone from the Bride and Groom to the readers and guests. |
| We set up and test multiple wireless microphones to clearly
record everything from the vows and ring exchange to the singers and readers. |
| At your reception, we'll use at least one professional
digital camera to capture the entrance of your wedding party, toasts,
cake-cutting, important dances, bouquet and garter, festivities,
interviews/personal messages (if desired), etc. |
| We hook up our camera directly with the DJ or band's sound
system (whenever possible), via wireless connection, to record the toasts,
announcements, and music clearly. |
| We'll capture images of the ceremony site, flowers, cake,
decorations, etc. |
| We'll put an average of over 40 hours of creative editing
into each video to make it exciting and captivating! |
| Choose up to all of the available vignettes from our vignette
list! (see below) |
| We'll include opening titles and pre-ceremony highlights (if
applicable) set to music. |
| We'll include a closing recap complete with credits and set
to music. |
| 4 Customized (authored) DVD's and 2 DVD or VHS copies. |

hours between the ceremony and reception.)
- 9 consecutive hours of coverage - from the time we
start videotaping at the ceremony site.

Here is a list of our vignettes (pronounced vihn-nyets) that come
with some packages:
First Dance - You provide us with a few pictures of the bride and
groom together and we blend them in during the first dance. We can also record
stories or special thoughts from each of them about the other to create a
compelling insight to the couple. An exciting alternative to just seeing the
couple dance for 4 minutes.
Father/Bride - A popular choice. For this, we incorporate those
precious photos of Dad and daughter together. Recordings of Dad and/or the bride
can be added to help illustrate the special bond they share.
Mother/Groom - Similar to the "father/bride vignette",
except with the groom and his mother.
Wedding Party - A special tribute to your wedding party during the
"wedding party dance" portion of your video.
Memorial - Some couples have expressed an interest in dedicating a
dance (and song) to someone special in their lives (i.e.: a deceased relative).
If you choose to do so, we can include a few photos of this person/s during the
dance (song).
We can convert your wedding video to formats that will play in
other countries.
