Company ProfileIn 1996, Kirk Barber and his wife Debbie moved to San Diego to begin a new venture. As many businesses have, Sunray Video Productions began as a home-based operation. Later, the business was moved to it's current location in the Miramar area. With a long list of satisfied clients including the San Diego Union Tribute, Clear Channel, NCR, Office Depot, Quintiles, Total Ab Isolator, and many others, Sunray continues to "push the creative envelope" producing unique videos with exceptional results! Since its inception, Kirk has been able to successfully combine his expertise in computers, vast knowledge of electronics, and photographic skills to produce compelling videos that effectively tell any story in a manner that is both intriguing and unique and doesn't become over saturated with meaningless special effects. Professionalism, video quality, and personal service have always been at the top of Kirk's list of priorities. As a member of WEVA** and PVASD*, Kirk has strived to raise the level of professionalism in the industry. He served four years as the President of PVASD*, adding significant improvements to the function of the local association. Kirk has been a speaker on a few occasions at the annual WEVA convention which hosts thousands of videographers from the United States and all over the world. Sunray has been recognized both locally and nationally for their work, having received numerous awards in various categories. Kirk and Sunray have been featured on MY94.1fm radio, NBC7/39 television, as well as MSNBC and NBC affiliates all over the nation. Continuous innovations in the video industry requires us to periodically update and replace our equipment from cameras to editing systems.
